When Will I get
paid? The auction process includes many
activities such as taking pictures of our items,
researching and listing them on eBay, receiving buyer’s
payment, shipping your items to the buyer, waiting for
the buyer’s return privilege to expire (10 days), and
sending you your check. Consequently, you should expect
to receive your check 5 to 7 days after the pick-up date
of your items.
What if my item does not sell? If your
item does not sell, we re-list if for another auction on
eBay. Most items that we qualify sell either in the
first or second auction. If after two auctions your item
does not sell we will contact you to find out if you
would either like to lower the price of your item,
donate your item to charity, or receive your item back.
In the latter case, your items are available for pickup
at our local warehouse. You have 20 days to pick you
your unsold items from the dealer. After allotted pickup
time your items donated to charity. If you would like we
can return your item for a $30 handling fee. |
Can items be grouped together in
one auction? In the past we have
found that selling "Lots" of items can drastically bring
down the finial price, so we do not recommend selling
multiple items in one Auction, unless they are directly
related to each other's functionality or go together
such as a remote control and a TV.
Do you pick up large items? We
do not pick up any item that weigh more than 100lbs. We
will come to your home or office and photograph them
there. Once they sold, we arrange for shipping or
pick-up.
Why should I pay you to list my
stuff on eBay when I can do it myself? Our
staff is a group of professionals that have dealt with
eBay and other online auctions for many years. We
know the caveats, tricks and secrets of maximizing
auction exposure, producing professional looking and
fast selling advertisements on eBay that get results and
maximize the final bid price.
